RIBBRO BBQ [HQ]

Came here at 2pm as Google suggested it's the best BBQ that is open on a Monday. The sauce bar is amazing! Comes with a sink for messy ribs, gloves for the mess.. Pickles and peppers.. 3 sauces and bread. Family ordered Mac N cheese which is shells and extra cheesy.. The beans were peppered right.. We ordered burnt ends and they were candied not too sweet. The brisket was tender and ready for the 3 sauces.. Ribs were so soft not effort to pull off the bone which softened thr marrow for those that like that.. Comes right out. Chicken was glazed and crispy and the meat was juicy and soft..as a foodie I don't perfect scores often and the only knock this day was the restaurant didn't have the AC running so it was hot.. But everyone greated you and they give you space to eat.. Granted most of it after you order is self serve. Same for the to go boxes just grab what you need.

This place has the best BBQ, you can't go wrong with any of the items. Must try pulled pork, brisket and the lettuce ssam pork belly plate. Dont forget to ask for the toasted garlic bread.

First of all as soon as we walked in "The Smell" of Bar-b-q and that smoke reminded us of those Bar-b-q joints in the hood....... tasty right off the top. And that's exactly what it was , real tasty! The sauce selections were the bomb . We're hook. It was our first time going so I do have to say maybe it taste so good because we were so hungry at the time, but AnyWhooooo I'll gave it a 10up!

Love this restaurant. So glad I don’t have to drive down to Phil’s BBQ anymore. The brisket here is always so tender you don’t need a knife and can cut it with a plastic fork. The ribs are also delicious. The Texas toast is buttered to perfection. The mac & cheese is heavenly. The BBQ sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Workers/owners are super nice and helpful. They offer suggestions when you don’t know what to order. Food comes out quickly (and gets devoured just as quick). Atmosphere is very homey. Prices are very reasonable for this kind of BBQ. I’ve only come here on weekdays for dinner and it has never been crowded. I hope this restaurant stays open for a long time. One of my favorite places to go to. Highly recommend if you’re in the OC area.

Nice to have another choice to get some 'que when you have that craving. Easy to find parking. When you walk in, they will greet you with a friendly welcome. You are also treated to a nice smokey smell from the smoked meat. Good assortment on the menu of plates and sandwiches, as well as being able to purchase meat by the pound. Staff was very friendly and informative. You place your order and they will deliver to your table when ready. Since this was my first visit here, I ordered a combo plate to sample the smoked goods. Also comes with two sides. I got the veggies and the dirty rice. They have a counter with utensils and various bbq sauces and even a sink to wash your hands! Atmosphere is pleasing. The meats were excellent. Tender, smokey, and delicious. Texas toast was OK. I would highly recommend it if looking for a bbq fix. My wife also really enjoyed the meal and the location.

I have four kids 1.5-12 years old and went here for the first time, at the request of my son, for his birthday. He loves ribs. We were not sure what to order or how much, and the owner or manager gave us good advice on what to get and how to order it, making sure to include ribs and Mac n cheese for my little ones. It was the perfect amount for all 6 of us and wasn’t as expensive as getting an entire family meal, so she really helped us out. The meat was great, and the sauce options are varied and delicious. It’s neat and clean, although a little sunny in the afternoon-evening. It also was ready really fast which is super helpful when you got hungry impatient kids. They also give you free garlic toast with every meal! I wish I had time to stay for the dessert, but we will definitely be returning to try more items next time.

My friend and his wife invited my wife and me to RIBBRO BBQ in Foothill Ranch for lunch, and we had a pleasant time. The restaurant offers Texas-style BBQ, though it’s not quite as authentic as what you’d find in Texas—but that’s perfectly fine. The ribs were slightly dry but still acceptable, and I hope they can improve on that in the future. On the other hand, the dirty rice was flavorful. The portion sizes are just right for one person, making the meal satisfying without being overwhelming. The service was great! The server even mentioned that we could ask to have the bread toasted, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
